Scope of Work

At She Means Brand, every client relationship begins the same way.

Before any project begins, all new clients are required to complete a complimentary Brand Strategy Call with our team. This call is not a sales pitch. It is a working session designed to give us a clear understanding of your business, your goals, and what success looks like for you. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, understand our process, and make sure we are the right fit for each other.

During your strategy call we will:

• Review your current brand presence and identify key opportunities

• Discuss the scope of your project in detail

• Outline deliverables, timelines, and expectations for both parties

• Answer any questions you have about our services and process

Following your strategy call, a formal Scope of Work will be prepared and included in your client contract. This document outlines exactly what is included in your project, what is not included, and what is expected from both She Means Brand and the client in order to complete the project successfully.

Please note: No work will begin on any project until the following conditions are met:

1. Your strategy call has been completed

2. Your contract has been reviewed and signed by both parties

3. Your deposit invoice has been paid in full

Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be treated as a separate project and may require an additional contract and invoice. She Means Brand reserves the right to decline out-of-scope requests that fall outside our services or capacity at the time of the request.

We believe that clear expectations from the beginning create the best results — for your brand and for our working relationship.

Payment Policy

All payments at She Means Brand are processed through official invoices issued directly by our team. We do not accept payments through informal channels. Every invoice will be clearly itemized and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

How it works:

All payment terms, amounts, due dates, and accepted methods will be outlined in your client contract before any work begins. By signing your contract you are agreeing to the payment schedule as listed.

Deposit requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. Your project start date is determined by the date your deposit invoice is paid — not the date your contract is signed.

Final payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or deliverables are released to the client.

Late payments: Invoices are due on the date specified in your contract. If a payment has not been received within 5 business days of the due date, work on your project will pause until the outstanding balance is settled. A late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice amount may be applied at She Means Brand's discretion.

Refund policy: Because our work involves significant time, strategy, and creative resources invested from the moment your project begins, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the point of cancellation as outlined in the contract.
